Up Up Ridge climbs steeply from the river west of St. Regis in to the mountainous playground that is the Stateline Trail. We love trail running in this area because of the never ending views, varied terrain, and “out-there” feeling. Our Up Up Ridge trail run will give you a chance to feel wild in Montana.
This guided trail run traverses Up Up Ridge before joining the Stateline Trail. Throughout the day you will summit three mountains, run by a gorgeous lake, and then descend into a shady old growth cedar grove. Not bad for a day of trail running!
Despite the Up Up moniker this route only has 2,480′ of climbing. This is a great opportunity for advanced-beginners and intermediate trail runners to join us on a guided trail run! Remember all of our runs are adventure style, not races. Run at your own pace! Take the time for pictures, breathers, and to enjoy the view; enjoy the wildness of trail running. We do still recommend that you are capable of running at least 12 miles and gaining 2,000′ on trail before joining us for the Up Up Ridge trail run. Please contact us to see if this guided trail run along Up Up Ridge is the trip for you!
