I know that running and volunteering to work in running events are potentially hazardous activities. I should not participate and run in activities unless I am medically able, physically and mentally, and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of the guides, trip leaders, USFS personnel, or other medical authorities relative to my ability to safely complete the run.
I assume all risks associated with running and volunteering to work in running events including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, including high heat and/or humidity, the conditions of the trail, road, and traffic on the route, all such risks being known and appreciated by me.
I grant permission for the use of any photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of my participation in this event for any legitimate purpose. I acknowledge (or a parent or adult guardian for all children under 18 years) having read and agreed to the above waiver.
I acknowledge that COVID-19 and other contagions are a risk in any group activity. I agree to follow the policies and guidelines laid out by Alpine Running Guides in regard to preventing the spread of COVID-19 and any other contagion.
